In this 1 hour 14 minute video Pastor Martin Lindstedt covers yet another of the crazed homosexual mongrel ZOGbot Bryan Reo of the Foundation for the MarketPlace of Ideas / ZOGbot Poverty [F]Law Center's (FMI / ZPLC) endless civil lawfare against Pastor Martin Lindstedt and his Aryan Nations Church. In this case a repeat lawsuit before the Federal District Court of the Northern District of Ohio, Bryan Reo v. Martin Lindstedt 21-cv-1809 involving my mentioning Bryan Reo getting fired from the North Perry Nuclear Power Plant in 2012 and for which Bryan Reo sued myself and my Aryan Nations Church along with Roxie Fausnaught in the Lake County Ohio Court of Common Pleas and got from the biased jury and corrupt judge a judgment of $105,000 against myself and $400 against my Aryan Nations Church .


Bryan Reo then went on a tear of four more Lake County Ohio lawsuits in which I foolishly removed upward to the federal district kort of Northern Ohio where the idiot crooked judges did away with the 7th Amendment 'guarantee' of jury trial for over $20 civil cases and 8th Amendment of no excessive fines. The end result was $2.75 million in judgments which on 8 Dec. 2022 was reversed and remanded by the 6th US Circuit Court of Appeals.

However the South Dakota Supreme Court, the State of South Dakota, the Governor's Office, Stanley County, and the South Dakota legislature decided to violate South Dakota State Law 15-16A-6:

15-16A-6. Stay of enforcement pending appeal or during stay of execution--Proof of security.

If the judgment debtor shows the circuit court that an appeal from the foreign judgment is pending or will be taken, or that a stay of execution has been granted, the court shall stay enforcement of the foreign judgment until the appeal is concluded, the time for appeal expires, or the stay of execution expires or is vacated, upon proof that the judgment debtor has furnished the security for the satisfaction of the judgment required by the state in which it was rendered.

Pastor Martin Lindstedt filed a Federal Rule of Civil Procedure Rule 59 & 60 asking federal judge Bridget 'the Idjit' Brennan to undo her 20 Dec. 2022 judgment usurping jurisdiction and disallowing a change in venue to Southwestern Missouri where Bryan Reo will lose like it did with its first federal lawsuit against Pastor Lindstedt.

As I attempted to tell you this afternoon of 28 April 2025, having suffered a massive stroke on 11 November 2024, I have been until midmarch in a Veterans Administration facility be it a hospital or nursing home or group home. My 2005 van was in an accident on late October 2024 and now I'm living in an old house without running water now owned by my Aryan Nations church since last September.. I didn't know about this foreign court order matter until a few days ago.


I disagree with Bryan Reo that this or other Ohio courts have jurisdiction over the collection of Christian Identity churchmen that this jewlatto agent provocateur has been spying upon the past quarter-century. These courts in Ohio refighting the first civil war will have to suffer from the latest civil wars fought with biological weaponry to split them up into perpetually warring localities,be it covid or prions in order to bring about peace through being unable to operate outside theys lawful jurisdiction. Therefore I shall call your above baliffs number while on the free senior bus at 10:30 am estTuesday and show cause why until a few days ago I knew nothing about this foreign korts order buttressing Bryan Reo civil lawfare.

My 338 mailbox on Rabbit TRack Road is 200 yards away from the place I'm living now at 137 S. Hillcrest Drive in GRanby Missouri. I have a new cell phone which I don't intend to give Bryan Reo because I need no more strokes from him. Simply put until a few days ago I didn't know of this ORDER and I have neither money nor vehicle (wrecked vehicle with expired license plates and no insurance coverage) to drive 853 miles from Granby to Cleveland. I do however have a cell phone to call this court tomorrow to reiterate that this court has neither proper venue nor jurisdiction for this Bryan Reo malicious lawfare.
