I signed for a certified letter on 28 December 2021 for the latest Bryan Reo civil lawfare on 58CIV21-000040 which consisted of a single page without explaining anything except the Filing of [yet] Another Foreign Judgment. I think it is for the Bryan Reo v. Martin Lindstedt 19-cv-02589 case which upon being found out the Nov. 18th Judgment for $750,000 upon yet another letter finally received on Dec. 7, 2021 had Pastor Lindstedt filing a Notice of Appeal which is pending in the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals Case # 21-4191. Bryan Reo promptly filed one of his idiotic Motions to Deny Appeal and found out in Case #24-26 of his civil lawfare that Pastor Lindstedt bought a church building from which he was finally able to evict a family of scumbags who used Covid-19 as an excuse to not pay rent for most of the past two years. They are also believed to have stolen seven of the pews. So Pastor Lindstedt is "owed" $9500 that he has no expectation of collecting and certainly is not going to collect on behalf of Bryan Reo. A Motion explaining this has been sent to the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals which is waiting for Judge Boyko to render an opinion of whether to grant this In Forma Pauperis motion.


So I need to have the full paperwork for this latest Bryan Reo / Robert Konrad civil lawfare in this matter, not just a Notice of Filing Foreign Judgment but rather the entire purported judgment so that a counter-notice can be sent by myself.

I would also like to be kept track of the paperwork and case filings since the 24 Nov. 2021 hearing as well sent by e-mail, preferably in pdf. format.

Presenting Pastor Lindstedt's Initial Objections to the Bryan Reo foreign judgment in Reo v. Lindstedt 58CIV21-000040 in Bryan Reo v. Bryan Reo v. Martin Lindstedt 19-cv-02589 has been appealed to the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals as Case 21-4191 and a Briefing Schedule has yet to be arranged. (Picked up the mail after mailing & Bryan Reo filed another of its Motions to Dismiss just like the other two appeals which failed. A copy of that mailing received today is enclosed Docket Sheet 21-4191 as of 19 Jan. 2022.)

The paper copies were mailed today, 27 Jan 2022 to this Court and to Attorney Konrad. Due to lack of funds Susan's lawyer(s) will be sent an e-mail. See postal receipts.
