subject: Reo v. Lindstedt 58CIV20-24 Initial Objections to Foreign Judgment presently under Appeal 6th US Circuit Court of Appeals

Presenting Pastor Lindstedt's Initial Objections to the Bryan Reo foreign judgment in Reo v. Lindstedt 58CIV21-000024 in Anthony Domenic Reo v. Martin Lindstedt 19-cv-02615 in which John R. Adams violated the 7th Amendment of Jury trials and 8th Amendment of no excessive fines simply because Pastor Lindstedt mistook Bryan Reo's father who was not supposed to show up for one of the incessant Bryan Reo trials for one of Bryan Reo's homosexual lovers. Bryan Reo has admitted at the 31 Aug. 2021 hearing that Pastor Lindstedt never used or wrote about "homosexual incest" or "transgendered prostitutes" on his Aryan Nations forum but Bryan Reo lies nevertheless.

This matter is already arranged for a briefing schedule before the 6th US Circuit Court of Appeals, See Exhibit #1, a two-page briefing schedule for 6th Circuit 21-3661.

The paper copies were mailed today, 21 Aug. 2021 to this Court and to Attorney Konrad. Due to lack of funds Susan's lawyer will be sent an e-mail. See postal receipts.

Pastor Lindstedt didn't find out until yesterday about Judge Mayer denying his continuance in the copies sent via e-mail as there was no paper copy sent out via US Mail.

Pastor Lindstedt, having read the Objections to Summary Judgment sent out by his sister Susan Bessman's new lawyer via e-mail yesterday and having found out that the Continuance has been denied will draft up his own Objections to Summary Judgment as well.

The governor's office and State Representatives and Senate have been notified about the political, religious and military consequences of this frivolous litigation by known federal informant Bryan Reo and Pastor Lindstedt and his Aryan Nations Church once and if it spills over from Ohio to South Dakota.
