My sister has been extorted by Bryan Reo, Attorney Robert Konrad, her former Attorney Kody Kyriss to sign over her property that I gave back to her directly over to Bryan Reo in violation of Judge Bridget Mayer's ORDER saying that she cannot transfer it to anyone short of a illegal transfer court proceeding which will be public.

I on my own part never mentioned in Oct. 2019 to my sister or anyone Bryan Reo or thinking of shooting the Granby City criminals and employees bulldozing my and Roxie's property which was the main thing on my mind at the time, because I didn't want to be "red flagged". I have not been thinking seriously of shooting anyone seriously since Jan or Feb 2020 thanks to the ZOG-virus getting out of the Wuhan lab as planned and devastating the ZOGland, especially the non-whites. Everything has been breaking towards the Second Civil War and the destruction of these state and federal criminal regimes and around 300 million ZOGlings paving the way for The Ten Thousand Warlords ruling over 10-30 million ex-whigger ZOGlings.

So at the time when I gave back my inheritance it was mainly to keep the Granby assholes' survivors from making a claim. Roxie was really really sick and dying. My brother Mike killed our mother and stole $250-300,000 of my mother's estate leaving nothing else left so while he read in the Neosho Daily News the standard Bryan Reo propaganda I wasn't going to give it back to him even though he is a strong-minded thief and murderer. I have thrown it back to Susan that at least Pighook the Mother-Killer would have fought it out in the korts rather than submit to Bryan Reo and ZOGbot extortion and hurt her feelings. But on March 1 Susan decided to find a new lawyer since Kody Kyriss was running off since she wouldn't sign off her properties to Bryan Reo and his extortionary threats to take ALL of her properties.

It is in vain that I tell Susan to proceed in open kort with a jury of Stanley County ranchers all vulnerable to state corruption. Today (15 Apr 2021) I got a call from her new lawyer named Mitchell to my house asking for Susan and then giving when pressed his name and hanging up without saying anything more. Susan when called said that her lawyer was working on a quitclaim for her to sign taking it back to myself. That Bryan Reo was suing her in Ohio or South Dakota to take all of her property by claiming falsely that we were in collusion and that she dares not keep the inheritance that I gave her back because of the courts. In Oct. 2019 there was no need to know that I was thinking of killing the Granby assholes or about Bryan Reo. Susan isn't very racist at all, doesn't want to hear about chernobyling the North Perry Nuclear Power Plant in Northeastern Ohio or skinning out regime criminals and their families or developing Dylann Storm Coof variant to especially kill vaccinated non-whites. And she gets hurt when I say that I should have given back my inheritance to Pighook the Mother-Killer because at least he is not a pussy. If I has told Susan about Bryan Reo and the plot by ZOG to destroy White Supremacist leaders and organizations then she probably wouldn't have accepted the gift at all because she wants to work with this Satanic System and not have her family destroyed. At the end of last month the corrupt federal judge decided to do away with the 7th Amendment of a jury trial and summarily awarded $750,000 for Reo and $500,000 for Reo's wife. Another negro federal judge decided to do away with the First Amendment by making an unlawful gag order on publication of Bryan Reo and his antifa ZOGbot allies' antics This federal judge has also dismissed counter-litigation against Reo co-defendants like Reo's wife, father, lawyers, State of Ohio & federal government. Thus even the pretense of "rule of law" has been entirely absent between Pastor Lindstedt and Lindstedt's Church and the sundry criminal regimes and actors working with Bryan Reo on the other part. She has told me that she fears that I'll be jailed on some pretext for being a domestic terrorist and sent to the Nuthouse again and this time murdered through psycotropic doping just like in 2005-2008 but now that I'm older killed by medical malpractice this time. Or that I'll try to gun it out like a hero.

I tell her that I think it is far better to be judicially murdered as a domestic terrorist and be guilty of that rather than jailed in a psychiatric prison while innocent of child molestation.

This is to notify Judge Bridget Meyer and the South Dakota judicial system that its judicial officers are disobeying her fraudulent injunction that she knowingly granted by making extortionary threats of destroying my sister's entire estate and family if she doesn't give it to Bryan Reo. Thus this legal system makes the conclusion that since entire families need be destroyed given this civil war and the killing cannot stop until either or both sides are destroyed.

In any case, again I want all the papers before this court and also want the massive conspiratorial correspondence between Susan Bessman and her lawyers and Bryan Reo and his lawyers. I'm not going to sue my sister just because she is weak and scared but I intend to go about exposing the truth and let the People decide to do with the predators and parasites who live off of them under color of their "law."

There is a motion hearing scheduled on the 14th on Defendant Bessman’s motion to deposit deed with the Court, and my motion for an order to show cause as to why Mr. Lindstedt should not be held in contempt. Mr. Marshall, now representing Bessman, has indicated to me that he plans to withdraw his motion. Mr. Marshall contacted me on the 6th of May to advise that the motion would be withdrawn, and he indicated he would file something formal with the court to this effect. Please see the email below. I know Mr. Marshall travels for court on Mondays and Tuesdays, so I do not expect it to be filed today or tomorrow.

I wanted to bring this email withdrawal to the court’s attention as I did not allow my response/opposition deadline languish, rather I was told and had expected for some time that this motion would be withdrawn. Therefore, in reliance upon the email I received from Mr. Marshall, I am asking for a continuance of the motion hearing scheduled for the 14th. Should Bessman ultimately withdraw her motion, I would likely cancel the hearing, at this time, as to my motion for contempt.

Therefore, I am requesting a continuance on a to-be-set basis to allow Mr. Marshall the opportunity to formally withdraw his motion pursuant to his email declaration, and allow me to cancel the hearing as to my motion for contempt. With both these things likely to happen, I do not see the need to set a hearing, unless one of the parties would change course as how they intend to proceed. Please let me know if this request can be granted.

Response to Attorney Konrad's e-mail last night:

My sister since December has been terrorized by Bryan Reo, Reo's antifa lawyer Robert Konrad and even her first attorney Kody Kyriss to violate the improper judge's permanent injunction to not be able to transfer it without permission to anyone, rather threatening and extorting Susan that she would lose her own inheritance if she didn't sign over the inheritance to Bryan Reo, saying that the judge would order an auction. Susan kept on asking if she could quit-claim it back to myself and I thanked her for not giving in to Bryan Reo, Robert Konrad and Kody Kyriss terroism and extortion.

Susan refuses to give me the e-mails and extortionary threats sent by Bryan Reo, Konrad and Kyriss. At this point she refuses to even speak to me about the case. Her new lawyer refuses to speak to me and blocks my e-mails -- which is fine by me.

Then she was served with the Reo v. Lindstedt and Aryan Nations and Bessman 21-cv-00753 Ohio federal litigation in April as was myself and I pointed out how ridiculous the litigation was and last week she said that she was thinking that since taking her own property was off the table and that supposedly Bryan Reo when faced with Judge James Guinn who has little patience with Bryan Reo barratry has asked to dismiss the case. This weakens the fraudulent case in South Dakota to where regardless of what Ohio state and federal judges do to do away with the 1st Amendment and now the 7th Amendment of a jury trial and 8th Amendment of no excessive fines that long-time antifa pretend white supremacist Bryan Reo being used as an agent provacateur probably won't prevail if South Dakota isn't under the dominion of ZOG as it falls apart.

Pastor Lindstedt since 13 June 2016 having been told that he cannot represent his woman or his Chuch due to Bryan Reo barratry having failed in Missouri federal court has promoted the Judgment of Sodom and Gomorrah and the other three Cities of the Plain who were destroyed for the crime of subjecting people travelling the caravan routes between the Red Sea port and Mespotamia for robbing and murdering people outside their jurisdiction and proper dominion to abuse of their legal process. The $105,000 judgment against Pastor Lindstedt and $400 judgment against Pastor Lindstedt's Aryan Nations Church is now awaiting a jurisdictional appeal before the Ohio Supreme Court and Pastor Lindstedt has filed for an Motion for Reconsideration before the 11th Ohio Court of Appeals even though Bryan Reo lost a frivolous appeal for pre-judgment interest in asking that Bryan Reo and his fellow ZOGbot attorneys of the Foundation for the MarketPlace of Ideas be disbarred.

Pastor Lindstedt before an ecclestical Resistance Court obtained a $400 billion judgment to be paid off in geldings and walking wombs under Biblical law back in 2019 against Ohio. A likewise judgment has been obtained against the State of South Dakota payable upon military victory at the conclusion of this Second Civil War.

Susan Bessman was told nothing about Bryan Reo and certainly not anything about Pastor Lindstedt's intentions of shooting Granby council-criminals and employees on Oct. 15, 2019 for them unlawfully bulldozing my and Roxie's and my Chuch's properties. Then this e-mail came in last night from Attorney Konrad notifying me that Susan's New Lawyer Mark Marshal was going to withdraw the quit-claim. Attorney Konrad wants to hold off on his Motion to Show Cause why Pastor Lindstedt shouldn't be held in Contempt of Court.

But back to the matter at hand. Susan Bessman is refusing to tell Pastor Lindstedt what her and her lawyer are doing or about Bryan Reo and Attorney Konrad terrorizing and extorting her. She blames Pastor Lindstedt for not telling her anything about shooting the Granby council-criminals and anything about Bryan Reo. She doesn't wish to hear about chernobyling NorthEast Ohio or going medieval on lawyers and regime criminals. Pastor Lindstedt overheard her telling her grandchildren who asked when called over the telephone that she was talking to "my crazy older brother." It wasn't until I got this e-mail from Attorney Konrad that I found out for sure she was going to have her new lawyer withdraw the quitclaim since Bryan Reo and Konrad can't take her own property. Pastor Lindstedt has never had a problem with using his own property as bait to justify the destruction of trillions of property and millions of lives.

Therefore, while Pastor Lindstedt would much rather be jailed for contempt of court in South Dakota where he has a following & friends & family and was born and bred as opposed to Ohio where he wants to exterminate the entire population and downwind of the someday-to-be-chernobyled North Perry Nuclear Power Plant which Pastor Lindstedt inadvertently got Bryan Reo fired from working there by his Aryan Nations web page revealing that Reo was a crazed homosexual wannabe white supremacist back in 2012 and the winds can carry nuclear fallout. Pastor Lindstedt is amenable to a continuance of the Motion for Show Cause for Contempt of this Court. Especially since it is Bryan Reo and Robert Konrad and Kody Kyriss who were violating this Court's preliminary injunction for Susan to not transfer the property under dispute. Pastor Lindstedt is fine with the full matter of legal process for them to proceed in open court with the public knowing all the facts.

Pastor Lindstedt is hoping that the Iranians or North Koreans or Russians will chernobylize the North Perry Nuclear Power Plant while the Senile Joe Biden Pretender Administration blames White Supremacists real or imagined for this.

Pastor Lindstedt is fine with a Continuance requested by Attorney Konrad.

I did just get the e-mail as to how I can call in on the 9th of July to Pierre Courthouse. I will be filing a Motion for YOU to be Held in Contempt and Disbarred for your antics as another antifa lawyer for known agent provacateur Bryan Reo who is of course winning all its cases pending appeal in Ohio.

I have no idea as to what your fraudulent "Motion to Compel" is about. Compel what? For me to love Satan and Satan's regime? For me to bow my knee to Baal? Or to stop publishing about Bryan Reo, Bryan Reo's antifa gang, about the corruption of the courts? Knowing you from your past unethical actions in trying to extort my sister to sign over the property I gave to her in Oct. 2019 -- mainly concerned about the Granby City Council and employees bulldozering my and Roxie's property at the time and never thinking that the federal courts were so far gone as to finish off their pretense to legality with some of the cases still in Lake County Ohio -- and how you and Bryan Reo lied at the 31 Aug.2020 hearing, there is no telling what you propose to "compel" but don't dare yet.

I hear that you (Attorney Robert Konrad) ordered the transcript of the 31 Aug. 2020 hearing. Just as I paid for the Lake County lynch mob trial transcript and then Bryan Reo and everyone else got it for free from my web page, so too would I like a copy for free in pdf form from yourself. I asked my sister to pay for the transcript of $92 but she evaded my request but did offer to buy Roxie a modest tombstone for $200 from Amazon. She -- like everyone else -- liked Roxie a lot better than she liked me. She even bought a cheap trailer with a ramp to take Roxie to the hospital with her own money over my objections. She said that her deposition by you went well on July 1st. I'd like a copy of that deposition as well. She refuses to discuss this case and a lot of other things with myself and I've not seen her live since December or January when you and Kody Kyriss were stressing her out by blackmailing her. it wasn't until Bryan Reo filed yet another pathetic lawsuit against myself, my Aryan Nations Church and herself in federal district court in Ohio and then dismissed it that I informed her that Bryan Reo didn't have any lawful claim on her own inheritance and so she might as well keep and fight for what I gave her.

As I look at it my inheritance is "bait" used to destroy the state and federal regimes and lawyers and the population of Northeast Ohio and to justify an inevitable series of local right-wing theocratic military dictatorships in which there is no place for non-white ideas or peoples as I have made quite clear the past 30 years as the religious and political spokesman for the underground White Supremacist Movement. Someone non-white and delusional and perverted like Bryan Reo had no chance of infiltrating this ever-present underground but this most greedy uncontrollable golem most certainly can destroy the moral and political foundations necessary for the current System to survive. It seems quite clear that you stole confidential documents from my sister and my brother from the Ollinger Law Firm to give to Bryan Reo as one in a network of antifa lawyer activists. You really do deserve to be disbarred and jailed for your crimes illustrating why the current system of legality needs to be abolished, then replaced and the Law of Moses supplemented with the local warlord's civil code put in its place so that there is no room at all for you lawyers to thieve from the population as parasites.

Actually signing over my inheritance to my sister without her knowing about me wanting to shoot the Granby criminals or about antifa ZOGbot Bryan Reo extended my life for 18+ months from Oct. 2019 to now. Susan hangs up on me often and refuses to talk with me about the case but she is the sort of above average normal person which every regime wants to have stewardship of the lands under its dominion.

In any case, Konrad, I want your continually drafted and dismissed 1) "Motion to Compel [something]" 2) a pdf copy of the 31 Aug. 2021 hearing you have asked for (and I bet it didn't cost you no $800), 3) a video and paper copy of my sister's 1 July 2021 Deposition (wherein although present Bryan Reo refused to show its face) and 4) anything else you got, including your extortionary threats against my sister working in tandem with Kody Kyriss threatening to take everything she got if she didn't disobey Judge Mayer's Injunction and sign over the inheritance deeded back to her by myself so Bryan Reo and Reo's friends and family could get it.
