Not able to attend 12 Sept 2024 Final Pre-trial Conference

.As I have said for the past two weeks I simply have neither the money nor the vehicle to attend the proposed pre-trial conference scheduled for the morning of Sept. 12, 2024 in Cleveland in the Courthouse. I do intend to get much of this over at trial on 4 November 2024, however.
When the 6th Circuit reversed and remanded for trial the four cases of Bryan Reo civil lawfare they doubtless didn't intend for Bryan Reo to play discovery games. When the Magistrate Judge Parker demanded answers, Requests for Admissions I merely took the answers struck in my initial answers,cut out some of the racism and responded yet again that Bryan Reo was detected by me as a homosexual mongrel infesting Christian Identity, that I didn't ever claim that his wife was a "trassexual prostitute" or that Reo had "homosexual incest" with his father. There were all Bryan Reo lies from Bryan Reo's rationalizations made up so as to steal my inheritance. By answering Bryan Reo's discovery a third or fourth time Bryan Reo simply ginned up his perpetual Motions to Strike or to Seal the Record, thus making it difficult to hold a jury trial with the facts under seal. The latest decision by Judge Oliver made a Rule 59 and 60 Notion necessary which might make another appeal to the 6th Circuit inevitable for either dismissal or re-retrial.
I printed off paper copies of that motion to send to this court and Bryan Reo and paid my last bills due for this month and have $47 left over, which will go to buying a new water-pump for the 2005 Chevy van which I will ask my dead wife's nephew to fix. I do not intend to get the Suzuki Swift back to running because it is safe from seizure by the sheriff from taking for Bryan Reo because it probably won't pay for the towing bill.

There is not going to be any "settlement" with Bryan Reo other than the original deal Bryan Reo sought after the Halloween 2010 Talkshoe Show of "no more publishing new Bryan Reo material provided that there is no more new Bryan Reo material in that Bryan Reo quits the Movement and doesn't ever come back to persecute Aryan Nations, Christian Identity or White Supremacists as a ZOG/Babylonian agent provocateur. Bryan Reo kept the deal he begged for and got for only 4 days and then on 5 November was back to calling Pastor Lindstedt a convicted child molester, then taking down web pages and for the past decade getting involved in civil lawfare. Pastor Lindstedt for his part has advocated destroying ZOG/Babylon by prion-poisoning. The best way to save YHWH's Chosen Nation of Adamic Man is to see killed 10 million in racial and religious civil warfare, to save the Adamic People through killing 10 million Adamic sheep and bringing about Collapse.
Bryan Reo has already gotten my inheritance. I will make no "settlement" with this Satanic mongrel abomination and unlike Buck McHugh and John Britton, will not cum stupidly back for seconds and thirds agreeing on any settlement with Bryan Reo. Let my inheritance revert back to when my grandfather put it all together in the 1920s and 1930s.
I am simply unable to get to Cleveland just now and am saving up for a 4 November 2024 trial by jury if this matter doesn't get settled by a second appeal.
