I called the office of Judge Richard Collins asking for Joan Snyder and was told that she was out. However another woman looked up the matter and told me over the telephone that there were a number of trials scheduled for Tuesday June 6, 2017 and that 15CV001590 and 16CV000825 which are the Bryan Reo trials versus myself and my Church for me telling everyone on the Internet that Bryan Reo is a mongrel homosexual that blackmails other mamzers playing White Supremacist and took down around a dozen of my Church web pages and those of the NIM-Busters and has 51 other bogus lawsuits against family-owned businesses was going to have to be postponed.

I demanded confirmation of this as I live 900 miles away in Southwestern Missouri and Lake County is northeast of Cleveland Ohio. The woman said that she could guarantee that there wasn't going to be trial Tuesday but Joan Synder wasn't going to confirm it until Monday. I informed her that while it might be possible to get from Granby to Painesville overnight that I'd be in no condition to prosecute a jury trial. Who was she to make any guarantees absent an official continuance.

The woman said that she was Ellen Mayo, Court Administrator, and thus the scheduler of the court and courtroom.

So therefore I am not going to head up to Lake County this weekend. Roxie has notified her daughter who was going to take care of her while the trial was supposed to happen, even though she is a defendant that Bryan Reo is suing because she can't get into a wheelchair to go 10 miles to see a doctor, much less 900 miles in the floor of a van.

I mailed via U.S. Mail the following Motion with five exhibits printed out in response to the Bryan Reo and Brett Klimkowsky Motion to preclude myself from testifying on behalf of myself and my Church and against Bryan Reo and Reo co-conspirators.

Friday, my old scanner/printer which first come out when Windows 7 was new wouldn't scan although it would print. Saturday I was out trying to get teeth pulled.
